(CBS) Blackhawks defenseman Duncan Keith will skip the World Cup of Hockey as he continues his offseason rehab of a right knee injury that caused him to miss time early in the 2015-'16 campaign.Keith had right knee surgery last Oct. 20 to repair a meniscus tear and missed about four weeks before returning.He played in 67 regular-season games and in the team's postseason series against the Blues, and the rehabilitation in this instance is him being cautious with the old injury, not a new one.
